Franklin-McKinley School District Board of Education is demonstrating to the community just how important Early Education is by approving the expansion of Transitional Kindergarten eligibility dates. The District’s Transitional Kindergarten program shall admit children whose fifth birthday lies between September 2 and December 2 in the current school year.
