School Linked Services (SLS) offers on-site school-based services to heal and strengthen individuals, families and systems by addressing needs and risks faced by children, youth, and families.   OUR APPROACH:

  • Schools are a hub for services
  • Coordinated service delivery
  • Active parent and community engagement

SHORT TERM RESULTS:

  • Children are ready to enter school
  • Students attend school consistently
  • Students are actively involved in learning and in their community
  • Families are involved in their children’s education
  • Schools are engaged with families and communities

LONG TERM RESULTS:

  • Students succeed academically
  • Students are physically, socially, and emotionally healthy
  • Students live and learn in safe, supportive, and stable environments
