Educational Services Division

The Educational Services Division is committed to ensuring every student has equitable access to high-quality learning opportunities that meet their unique strengths and needs. We believe every child deserves a well-rounded education, meaningful learning pathways, and a safe, nurturing, and challenging environment where they can thrive.

In partnership with families, educators, and the community, we support academic excellence, student well-being, and continuous growth by empowering learners to think critically, solve problems, create, and become lifelong learners who are prepared to positively impact their communities and the world.

Our efforts are directly related to FMSD's Local Control Accountability Plan, which encompasses multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS).

MTSS at Franklin-McKinley School District is an integrated framework that supports the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of all students through a tiered system.  It aligns resources and interventions to ensure every student receives equitable, targeted support.  By fostering collaboration and consistency, MTSS promotes student success across all areas of development.
