Our goal is to provide excellent service and support to the children, parents, and staff in our Franklin–McKinley School District community. Our department is responsible for providing all of the school district support services, including accounting and payroll services, transportation, maintenance, facilities construction and planning, information technology purchasing, insurance and risk management, and child nutrition. The department is also responsible for policy development and oversight, and federal, state, and local government affairs.
