Special Education Parent Meetings


The Special Education Services Department hosts meetings to support parents in Franklin-McKinley School District whose children receive special services (IEP) and / or classroom support (504), and parents interested in resources and support for any student with learning challenges. All parents are welcome to attend these informative meetings, which may consist of:

  • Guest Speakers

  • Learning about community resources

  • Networking opportunities with other parents

  • Updates from the District and topics affecting children with special needs

Meeting Schedule

These parent meetings take place five times a year from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the District Service Center. The 2016-2017 meeting days are as follows:

Becoming a Member
