No Child Goes Hungry This Summer
With summer right around the corner, it’s time to think about how children who receive free or reduced-priced lunch in school will eat healthy while school is out. Franklin-McKinley School District provides free meals to children during the summer. Each year, the U.S. Department of Agriculture partners with local organizations like Franklin-McKinley School District, to provide free meals to children when school is out for the summer. Any child under age 18 may come and eat. As a District, we want to ensure no child goes hungry this summer. We invite you to take access the Seamless Summer Food Program and share with your friends and neighbors.
